2020-The Hengxin Clinic project at Jinshui Lake, Shanghai initiates.

2018-Cooperating with a theater chain, the Group expands into the film industry, building the SFC JH 88 Film Studio in Jinshan.
Cooperating with the Global Views group, the JH Group expands into the culture and art industry, building and opening a creative and cultural exchange space: Global Views Culture & Life. In sync with the establishment of Global Views Culture and Life, is the first Global Views Cultural Summit at Shanghai. Guests from both the Mainland and Taiwan attend the Summit to witness the cultural exchange between cultures that share the same Chinese essence, initiating the wave to facilitate the passing on of the Chinese cultural legacy and future innovation.
2017-The Group acquires Chateau de Bellevue on the right bank of Bordeaux in the Saint-Emilion region. Chateau de Bellevue is located in the Lussac Saint-Emilion wine-producing region and, as a large scale chateau, yields up to 70,000 bottles of red and white wines annually. After taking over management of the Chateau, the Group upgrades the quality of the wines, re-positioning the wines in the premium wine market on the global scale. To optimize quality, Hubert De Bouard, owner of Chateau Angelus becomes consultant to the Chateau, sharing his expertise and overlooking wine production at Chateau de Bellevue, jointly produce fine wine.
2016-The JH 88 Plaza project at Jinshan enters the most intensive and vital phase of construction. The project, being a model project development under the Group, attracts much spotlight.
Through the 889 Creative Space initiative founded by the Group and with the support of Shanghai Taiwan Compatriots Investment Enterprise Association, the Group hosts the JH Cup. The JH Cup, aka a cross-strait youth creative space competition, provides a platform for talented designers of the younger generation to present and further develop their creative interior design ideas.
2015- Funds and establishes the Nanjing University Hsien-yung Pai Cultural Fund.
After inspection and negotiation, the Group secures a new land development project at Jinshan Shanghai, a region with great developmental potential.

Receives a calligraphy with the traditional Chinese characters of the Group’s corporate name “競衡”, personally written by the Buddhist Master Hsing Yun. 2012-The Group invests heavily in food services and restaurant chains, consolidating authentic Japanese and Italian gourmet, resolved in making simple but delicious quality food that gives customers a healthy and ecstatic experience .
2010-Beginning development in the prime area of Gubei, the Group takes on the Gubei 88 project in Changning, Shanghai. The project consists of a 23-floor residential high rise and a 5-story office building. Japan-imported mechanical and electrical technology are adopted to optimize living; Italian interior designs, minimalist but with quality content, provide extravagant experiences. The estate becomes a new landmark for elite residences in the Gubei region.
The Group’s first hotel, Holiday Inn Shanghai Hongqiao West, grandly opens and welcomes guests, becoming a milestone in the hotel industry for Taiwanese corporations in the Mainland.

2005- Strategically cooperating and signing up with the IHG Group for hotel management, the Group begins to plan its first real estate development project to build a new hotel in the Hongqiao district.

2004- the Group shifts its focus to and expands its business in real estate and investment, officially entering the real estate market in the Mainland and developing projects in the greater Hongqiao area in Shanghai.
2002-The pivot to Shanghai for further development——the Headquarters of the Chan & Chang Group first establishes in the financial center of Shanghai, Lujiazui, with it’s first office in the Jinmao Tower. Although continuing to discover new markets and business opportunities, the main business of the Group at the time was mainly legal and financial consulting.
